Development of this site, formerly a used car dealership, has contributed to local regeneration, finally linking the area to West Croydon station.
Oracle undertook this project in partnership with Affinity Sutton Group, the UK’s fourth largest affordable housing provider.
Having gained planning permission for the development, we sold the site to Affinity Sutton for £6.2 million.
