On behalf of overseas investors, Oracle sourced this four acre site from Sun Chemicals in 2007. We obtained outline planning permission for 225 residential units and 20,000 sq ft of commercial space.
The site was heavily contaminated and we undertook a 12 month decontamination programme, costing £1.5m. After the site was remediated, it was sold for £20.9m with planning consent to Barratt Homes.
