Taking Local Stakeholder Views Seriously
Genuine, proactive public consultation is crucial to Oracle’s planning and development success. To make sure our plan is right for the area, we consult with the community before submitting a planning application, rather than submitting the application and then asking for approval.
By keeping channels of communication open throughout the planning process, we make sure that everyone has accurate information about what our developments mean for the area – so community groups, residents and other local stakeholders always know what’s happening and why.
