Oracle have recently submitted a planning application, on behalf of overseas investors, for the redevelopment of two vacant office blocks opposite East Putney tube station – an area totaling 1.2 acres. Regeneration of this area will create one of West London’s most exclusive new iconic developments with each building twenty-one and twenty-six storey’s high respectively.
In addition to the residential units, this development will also include an application for a 6899sq ft single-storey restaurant/retail/cafe pod as well as artistic landscaped public areas therefore opening the area up for pubic amenity.
With links into the West End and into Central London, Oracle are also proposing to included 41,785sq ft of modern office space to replace the inefficient and disused office buildings currently on site.
