This 0.8 acre Brownfield site in Beckenham, Kent was formally a petrol station and public house.  We obtained planning permission because we could see the solution to the redevelopment of this site was to provide a mix of uses. Planning permission was granted for 3,000 sq ft of ground floor retail space along with 52 residential units.

Oracle obtained full planning permission for this site and sold it to Stephen Howard Homes LLP for £3.95 million.
